1. General

These terms apply to consumer customers of the Lemi-shop.fi online store operated by Milan and Leena Oy. Lemi-shop.fi reserves the right to change the terms. Orders are subject to the terms in effect at the time of ordering.

2. Prices and Availability

All prices are in euros and include VAT unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and sell-outs.

3. Ordering

Placing an order requires being of legal age or having guardian consent. An order becomes a binding contract once we have confirmed it via email.

4. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods: [cards, online banking, invoice/installment, mobile pay, etc.]. The payment intermediary is [payment service name, Business ID], which appears as the payee on the account statement. More information on payment terms: [payment service link].

5. Delivery Methods and Times

6. Transport and Transfer of Risk

The risk of the product transfers to the customer once the goods have been handed over to the carrier in accordance with consumer protection law.

7. Right of Withdrawal (Distance Selling)

Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from receipt of the order. The right of withdrawal does not apply to, among others, opened sealed hygiene products, customized products, or perishable goods. See detailed instructions on the Right of Withdrawal & Returns page.

8. Returns and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges must always be agreed upon in advance with customer service. The customer is responsible for return costs unless it is due to an error or incorrect product we delivered. Return address and instructions: see Right of Withdrawal & Returns.

9. Complaints and Liability for Defects

If there is a defect in the product, contact customer service immediately. Follow the instructions and include pictures of the defect. More information: see Complaints.

10. Warranty

Any manufacturer’s warranty is stated in the product information. The warranty does not limit statutory liability for defects.

11. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure.

12. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

The applicable law is Finnish law. Disputes will primarily be resolved through negotiation. Consumers can bring the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board for resolution and also use the EU’s ODR platform (link on the Complaints page).

To order

The products you want to order are selected on the website by adding them to your shopping cart. The order is sent by paying for the contents of the shopping cart in the online checkout. By placing an order, you accept these terms and conditions, the prices of the products and the delivery charges. If an e-mail address is provided at the time of ordering, an order confirmation will be sent by e-mail. The order confirmation will indicate the products ordered and the price.    

Payment

The e-commerce payment provider is Visma Pay (Visma Payments Oy, business ID 2486559-4), which is registered in the register of payment institutions maintained by the Financial Supervisory Authority. Payment is made via Visma Pay's online service and Visma Pay or Visma Payments Oy appears on the statement of account and invoice as the recipient of the payment. Visma Pay forwards the payments to the online merchant. The payment is secure as all information about the payment transaction is transmitted over an encrypted connection so that no third party can see the information about the payment transaction.   

A transaction is created between an e-commerce customer and an online shop. The online shop is responsible for all obligations related to the transaction.

Payment Methods

Through Visma Pay, you can pay with your online banking ID, wallet, payment cards (credit/debit), invoice or instalment. The following payment methods are available. 

MobilePay: you can pay with your MobilePay wallet if you have enabled online payments in the app settings. Payments made with a MobilePay wallet will be charged to the payment card linked to the wallet. If the payment cannot be debited from the payment card, it will not be possible to pay with the MobilePay wallet in the online shop.  

OP Invoice - A flexible way to pay for online purchases. For customers of all banks. With OP Invoice you can make purchases of up to EUR 5 000 and pay them off interest-free within 45 days. If you wish, you can split the bill into several instalments. Your purchases are displayed in one place, so you can easily keep track of how your money is spent. With a credit limit, you can keep your spending within the limits you want. Receive your invoices conveniently by email. In our online service, you can see information about your OP Bill usage and the amount of your purchases. You can use OP Invoice if you are over 20 years old and able to pay, and you have a Finnish bank's domain name. Delivery

Orders are posted on weekdays. Delivery time for products from stock is usually 3-5 working days. If the products to be delivered are made-to-order products, the delivery time is usually 1-3 weeks. Delivery costs are determined by the delivery method chosen, any additional services, the weight and size of the order. You can see the delivery costs in the checkout function of the online shop before the final approval of the order.    

If the product is lost or damaged during delivery, the online store must be notified immediately, but within 14 days. The company responsible for the delivery must be informed immediately of any damaged packages.   

Returns

Customers have a 14-day right of exchange and return under the Consumer Protection Act. The customer has the right to exchange or return some or all of the products ordered. The products to be returned or exchanged must be in their original packaging and in good condition. If you wish to return or exchange products, please contact the online shop first and ask for return instructions. Please include your name, contact details and account number with your return for a possible refund.    

Cancellation, liability and complaints

Before the delivery of the order, the order can be cancelled by written notice by e-mail.

The online shop is legally liable for defects in the products sold. In case of complaints, please contact our customer service. The consumer has the right to refer any disputes to the Consumer Disputes Board.
