1. General

These terms apply to consumer customers of the Lemi-shop.fi online store operated by Milan and Leena Oy. Lemi-shop.fi reserves the right to change the terms. Orders are subject to the terms in effect at the time of ordering.

2. Prices and Availability

All prices are in euros and include VAT unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and sell-outs.

3. Ordering

Placing an order requires being of legal age or having guardian consent. An order becomes a binding contract once we have confirmed it via email.

4. Payment Methods

5. Delivery Methods and Times

6. Transport and Transfer of Risk

The risk of the product transfers to the customer once the goods have been handed over to the carrier in accordance with consumer protection law.

7. Right of Withdrawal (Distance Selling)

Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from receipt of the order. The right of withdrawal does not apply to, among others, opened sealed hygiene products, customized products, or perishable goods. See detailed instructions on the Right of Withdrawal & Returns page.

8. Returns and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges must always be agreed upon in advance with customer service. The customer is responsible for return costs unless it is due to an error or incorrect product we delivered. Return address and instructions: see Right of Withdrawal & Returns.

9. Complaints and Liability for Defects

If there is a fault with the product, contact customer service immediately. Follow the instructions and include pictures of the error. For more information: see Complaints.

10. Warranty

Any manufacturer’s warranty is indicated in the product information. The guarantee does not limit legal liability for defects.

11. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure.

12. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

The applicable law is Finnish law. Disputes will be resolved primarily through negotiation. Consumers can refer the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board and can also use the EU ODR platform (link on page Complaints).
