14-Day Right to Cancel
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The deadline starts from the day you received the last item of your order.

Cancellation Notice
Send your cancellation notice by email to: [asiakaspalvelu@lemi-shop.fi]. You can use a free-form notice, stating your order number, name, and the products to be returned.

Return Costs
Return costs are [the customer’s responsibility / our responsibility], unless it is a faulty or incorrectly delivered product.

Product Condition
The customer has the right to examine the product as they would in a store. You are responsible for any diminished value if the product has been used more than necessary to ascertain its nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Refund
We will refund all payments received, including delivery costs (for the cheapest standard delivery), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your cancellation notice. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back.

Exceptions to the Right to Cancel
– Custom-made or clearly personalized products
– Sealed hygiene products that have been opened
– Perishable goods
– Digital content services, if delivery has begun with your consent and you have waived your right to cancel

If you wish to exchange a product, please contact customer service to arrange the procedure.
